Dr. Jamison J. Wagner, DDS, is a dentist with years of experience in delivering both functional and aesthetic dental care. He is a Doctor of Dental Surgery, dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles and seamlessly integrating the latest advancements in dentistry while building meaningful relationships with his patients.
Jamison graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Biological Foundations. He later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Utah School of Dentistry, where he graduated at the top of his class.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Wagner practiced dentistry for several years in Tooele, Utah, before deciding to move closer to his roots to be in private practice in Cottonwood Heights. He has expert experience in implants, clear aligners, cosmetic cases, root canals, extractions, and general dentistry. He is an active member of both the Utah Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Wagner has a way of making it seem like visiting the dentist can be both comfortable and empowering. Jamison explains everything clearly and approachably, always making people feel genuinely cared for. He currently lives in Utah with his wife, Caitlin, and their two sons, who are the heart of their family. Jamison loves mountain biking, cooking, college athletics, cheering for the Utah Jazz, and exploring the mountains. He enjoys balancing his passion for dentistry with his love of adventure and family life.
His approach blends technical mastery with a genuine passion for building meaningful relationships with every patient he meets. He strives to create an environment where patients feel supported, understood, and excited about their dental health.
Outside the practice, Dr. Hicks is all about adventure and family. When he’s not crafting beautiful smiles, you’ll likely find him on a pickleball court, cycling through the utah canyons, rock climbing new heights, or exploring the underwater world through scuba diving. Above all, he cherishes time with his family and his wife, whom he adores.
